Roof Top Tents Shipping

We ship roof top tents across Canada using freight carriers. Shipping costs are calculated based on your postal code, not just your province. Most customers pay $249, but addresses in remote or less accessible regions may incur higher rates. See below for details.

  • Tier 1 – $249
    Most customers in Canada fall under Tier 1, including the majority of urban and suburban postal codes in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, and Quebec.
  • Tier 2 – $449
    Addresses with higher shipping costs—commonly in the Maritime provinces like Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island—fall under Tier 2.
  • Tier 3 – $799
    Tier 3 includes remote or hard-to-reach regions, including parts of Newfoundland and Labrador, and most of the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.

Important: For locations with especially high shipping costs, we will reach out with an updated shipping quote. If you are in a location that falls into this category, we’ll make sure to provide you with accurate shipping rates.

Processing Time:
Orders leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours and may take up to 2 weeks for delivery. Expedited freight is not available.

Order Cancellations
  • Before Shipping: You can cancel your RTT order for a full refund, minus a 3.5% cancellation fee.
  • After Shipping Confirmation: Canceling an order already in transit incurs a 15% fee to cover shipping and restocking costs.
  • Refund Timing: Refunds may take up to 10 days to process.
  • Address Changes: If an address change is needed after shipment confirmation, any reconsignment or holding fees will be the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Damages

We package shipments with care, but damage during transit can occur. Follow these steps if damage happens:

  1. Inspect Delivery: Check for scratches, dents, or punctures, and take photos of any damage.
  2. Severe Damage: If the damage is severe, refuse delivery so we can send a replacement.
  3. Document Everything: Note all damages on the delivery receipt, even if minor. This is essential for filing a claim.
  4. File a Claim: Submit the Roof Top Tent Shipping Damage Form within 48 hours, including photos of the damage, the box, and the delivery receipt.

  • When ordered separately, standard shipping fees apply.
  • Accessories are shipped via Canpar ground service. If your address cannot receive deliveries from these carriers, notify us during purchase so we can make alternate arrangements.
  • If you'd like to expedite your shipping service, please reach out to our team and they can provide shipping quotes.
International Shipping
