Besides the roof top tent the tripod Disco cooking system is the coolest thing from IKamper. People we camp with are amazed how it performs. It is so versatile whether you are cooking over a fire pit or using the gas stove attachment. I bought a round Weber replacement grill to hang from the chains so we could grill meat over the camp fire and it works well and has the added benefit of not have to use the gnarly grill that comes with the usual campsite fire pit. It is so cool to be able to raise and lower the grill over the fire to avoid burning whatever we are grilling. Our Argentine pal was impressed with this feature. [ if you know an Argentine it’s hard to impress them when it comes to grilling meat.] We even use it at home when we have grill nights. Definitely worth it.

The overall build quality seems very good. I like the versatility of being able to use the burner stand-alone or on the tripod, and with my cast iron pans (I haven't purchased the cooking disc, yet). The pack down to the included carrying bags is very nice as well. (What are those two ceramic/stone-like triangles supposed to be for?)

A couple cons/issues I'm concerned about:
* I had to purchase my own adapter to use the burner with propane.
* I am concerned about the durability of the valve control. The thin metal wire for adjusting the gas flow seems weak and I worry it will break or bend over time, rendering the burner useless.
* I don't feel there is enough wind protection. I'll be looking for something to keep the flame from being so impacted by wind.
