Rain Canopy

Very easy install, keeps the top couple rungs of the ladder clean and dry! Reduces cold air flow towards the door which helps cut down on frost and moisture, easy to hang up and dry out after you get home. If you can’t stake where you are just tie the guy lines to sandbags to maintain tension!

Worked absolutely great!

We've only had one trip so far with our Skycamp 3 but love the tent so far. We had some rain the awning on the tent does not cover the steps so we decided to get the rain canopy. Unfortunately, it does not work with the Skycamp 3. There are different types of zippers on the tent and the canopy so they don't fit together. So disappointing! To make matters worse, I have been attempting to contact iKamper customer support for three weeks to fix this. But they don't reply. Absolutely no response to four email support requests and one warranty claim. After paying top dollar for a tent I didn't expect this lack of support for their product.

The rain canopy is completely useless because it does not attach to my Skycamp 3.0. The zipper is the wrong size and does not connect with the zipper on the tent. To make matters even worse, I submitted a support request for this problem two weeks ago and have not received a response from iKamper. I have attached a video showing one of our many attempts to zip the rain canopy onto the ten.

The canopy itself may be ok, but the bigger problem is that the tent leaks at the zippers, so traveling without a cover for the tent is to ask for problems. The product would be much better if the zippers were either hidden in such a way as to avoid contact with rain, or simply waterproof. In any case, the current setup is inferior.
